The Afterglow

The Afterglow Support Group welcomes mothers who are struggling with Postpartum Depression and/or Anxiety, or who feel they are struggling with the transition into motherhood. This group aims to be a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to learn and process together. We will cover topics related to coping tools, self-care, what to expect, communicating with your partner and attachment to your baby.
