This process considers environmental, emotional, physical, and sociocultural factors to build a well-rounded understanding of the individual’s needs.
Following the evaluation, Dr. Emma collaborates with each patient to develop a shared treatment plan grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by the patient’s preferences and priorities. This shared decision-making approach helps ensure care is both clinically effective and personally meaningful
