We will use the Gottman book and workbook to evaluate what is needed to create a long lasting connection with your partner. Each week the group will delve into a different principle and discuss how to apply them to your own relationship. Please join us for this 9 week, interactive group that will help you learn and grow together.

This step is crucial, so we kindly ask you to answer all pre-screening questions on the form completely and accurately. Please note that your enrollment is not confirmed until you have spoken with our staff and received a confirmation from us. This process ensures that we tailor the experience to best suit the needs of all participants, fostering a supportive and enriching environment for every couple.

* United Healthcare Member Only: Clients with United Healthcare plans, including Optum, GEHA, UMR, and United Healthcare Shared Services (UHSS) may utilize their insurance discount to attend group counseling sessions, paying only the co-pays and bypassing the need for full upfront payment. Commitment to all 9 sessions is required, with a $40 fee charged for any sessions missed. Missed sessions cannot be claimed through insurance. For UHC plans with deductible, the rate is just $40 per session, per person, until deductible is met.
