Amy's journey through diverse life experiences, both uplifting and challenging, led her to discover a deep-rooted propensity for helping others. Recognizing this inherent passion to serve as a beacon of hope and change, Amy embarked on a rewarding journey more than a decade ago, assisting individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Her mission is to empower clients to discover their inherent worth, identify their strengths, and to enlighten them about the complex nature of addiction. Amy's dedication to service is reinforced by an impressive educational background: a bachelor's degree in human services, a master's degree in addiction counseling and prevention, and multiple certifications. As a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), National Certified Addiction Counselor (NCAC), and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Amy brings a comprehensive and in-depth understanding to her work. She firmly believes in the principle of lifelong learning and continually strives to expand her knowledge, aiming to offer superior services to her clients.

In her personal life, Amy shares a passion for animal rescue with her spouse, providing a safe haven for dogs, cats, and farm animals. An avid reader, a keen runner, and a lover of the great outdoors, Amy finds balance and rejuvenation in these pursuits. Her family's unwavering love and support have been instrumental in shaping her into the compassionate counselor she is today, igniting her ongoing desire to make a significant difference in the lives of others.
